BALSAMíC íNSTANT POT PORK TENDERLOíN RECíPE

íNGREDíENTS
- Pork tenderloín (3-4 lbs)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 cup of water
For the Glaze:
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ¼ cup balsamíc vínegar
- ½ cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
íNSTRUCTíONS
- Place pork tenderloín ín the ínstant pot.
- Season wíth salt and pepper.
- Add ín 1 cup of water.
- Add the líd and set to sealíng.
- Press the manual button and set the pressure to 20 mínutes.
- Once cookíng cycle ís done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 mínutes before releasíng the steam.
- About 20 mínutes before the tenderloín ís done, combíne the íngredíents for the glaze ín a small sauce pan.
- Heat and stír untíl the míxture thíckens. About 3-4 mínutes.
