CHEESY SPINACH LASAGNA

for those of you who already have children who do not like this vegetable could be an alternative for you in introducing vegetables to your children. This food is also easy to make at home.

Ingredients
24 oz. jar Marinara sauce
1 cup Parmesan
1 c1/4 cup chopped basil
up ricotta
1/4 cup chopped dill
1 egg
2 cups mozzarella divided
2 garlic cloves minced

salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. olive oil
10 oz. fresh baby spinach frozen works too
 Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Cook lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse well with cold water and set aside.
  2. In the big  skillet, saute the onion with olive oil on medium heat for about 7 minutes. Put garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Put spinach and cook stirring constantly until wilted. Turn off the heat, season with salt & pepper, and transfer to a big mix bowl.

  4. To gather the rolls, lay a lasagna noodles on a flat surface. Then spread a large spoonful of spinach mixture flat over each noodle. Gently roll up noodles and place seam side down onto the baking dish.
