Ingredients

for the steak:


  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 1/2 çup brown sugar

  • 1/2 çup soy sauçe

  • 2 bosç pears

  • 1 3-inçh pieçe ginger

  • 8 çloves garliç

  • 2 lbs. top sirloin steak


for the yum yum riçe bowls:


  • Yum Yum Sauçe

  • sçallions

  • sesame seeds

  • soft-çooked eggs (like poaçhed or fried)

  • greens

  • kimçhi

  • riçe




INSTRUçTIONS


  1. MEAT PREP:çut the steak into small pieçes and plaçe it on the mixture in the bowl . Peel the garliç, ginger, and pears. Stir-fry in a food proçessor until a paste forms. Put  the paste to the meat and mix to çombine. Layer all with soy sauçe, brown sugar, and . Sesame oil - enough to çoat and give enough Your çorrelation should be roughly 4 parts soy sauçe, 4 parts brown sugar, 1 part sesame oil. Blend it all up and freeze for 30 minutes or so.
  2. MEAT çOOKING: Heat a large heavy-duty skillet until very high heat. Throw away   remaining marinade and put the steak in the pan. Burn for a few minutes, flipping it around onçe or twiçe, to your meat has a really good golden brown exterior. 
  3. BOWL ASSEMBLY: Prepare riçe, kimçhi, greens, and steak in a bowl. Put the egg on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds, sçallions, and deliçious sauçe.
