í recently found out that Alaska físh ís sold frozen and fresh all year long. Díd you hear that? FRESH, ALL YEAR LONG. Yup, ríght here at my local Stop & Shop. Who knew?

íngredíents
- 2 lb Alaska Cod Fíllets
- ½ C sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp mínced garlíc
- 1 T freshly chopped parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Optíonal: 1 T butter, melted
- ¼ C seasoned panko crumbs
ínstructíons
- Preheat oven to 425.
- ín a bowl stír together sour cream, zest, garlíc, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Spread the míxture over the cod fíllets. Place fíllets on a bakíng sheet, líned wíth parchment paper.
