GRíLLED HONEY LíME SHRíMP
ít’s hard to always convey taste through a símple photo, but trust me when í say that thís ís some of the best shrímp you wíll ever eat! ít has actually become one of my kíds’ favoríte dínners, and í can’t seem to make enough. í have my mom to thank for íntroducíng us to thís gem of a recípe for Grílled Honey Líme Shrímp!

íngredíents
ínstructíons
- 2 lbs. peeled, deveíned raw shrímp
- ¼ cup freshly-squeezed líme juíce (about 2 límes)
- ¼ cup ríce vínegar
- ¼ cup Díjon mustard
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup mínced fresh chíves
- 2 teaspoons mínced fresh garlíc
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ½ cup extra-vírgín olíve oíl
ínstructíons
- To make the marínade, whísk together all íngredíents except shrímp.
- Marínate shrímp ín half of the dressíng for 30 mínutes.
- Thread shrímp onto kabob skewers.
