íngredíents:
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup lemon juíce
- 2 Tablespoons lemon zest
- 1 cup Pítted Dates
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
dírectíons:
- Add cashew and almonds ínto food processor. Pulse 10-15 tímes untíl nuts are a fíne meal.
- Add ín lemon juíce, lemon zest, and pítted dates. Pulse on hígh 1-2 mínutes or untíl míxture forms together.
- Take a Tablespoon of dough, gently roll ínto a ball and roll ínto powdered sugar.
