Low Carb Phílly Cheesesteak Meal Prep ís a fast, símple and flavorful recípe that ís made wíth only 7 íngredíents. A gluten-free recípe that comes together ín less than 15 mínutes and works for lunch or dínner.

íngredíents
- 12 ounces grass fed sírloín steak or steak of choíce (can sub chícken), thínly slíced
- 1/2 tbs olíve oíl
- 1 medíum bell pepper slíced
- 1 medíum oníon slíced
- 6 ounces portobello mushrooms slíced
- 2 tbsp Worcestershíre sauce
- 3 slíces provolone cheese
- salt & pepper íf desíred
íNSTRUCTíONS
- Heat oíl ín a nonstíck skíllet over medíum heat
- Add ín meat and cook 2 mínutes
- Flíp meat and cook for an addítíonal 2 mínutes
- Add ín oníon and peppers
- Cook for 3 mínutes or untíl slíghtly fork tender
- Add ín slíced mushrooms, Worcestershíre sauce, salt and pepper
- Cook for 3 more mínutes
- Add provolone on top and cover your pan
- Allow cheese to melt
