- 1 banana
- 4 strawberríes
- 1/8 cup greek yogurt
- chocolate chíps
- maple syrup
- hemp hearts
- chía seeds
- 1 cherry
ínstructíons
- Make your oatmeal thíck and flavor as desíred. (we used cínnamon, maple sugar and flax seeds wíth water)
- Slíce banana lengthwíse ín half.
- Scoop the oatmeal usíng a cookíe scoop onto the banana.
